This was our first time at this restaurant. The food was great and so were the shakes. Mine was boozy (Almond Joy ) and it was delicious. Service was also very good.
Dined in, great staff, I was immediately welcomed and seated. He wasn't even working the front but made sure I wasn't standing and waiting. Waitress was very pleasant and professional too. The atmosphere I also found nice, with booths being more private for people to enjoy their food and company. Great burger here. Tasty, well cooked and fresh toppings. I think bread could have been a little bit softer, but that didn't stop me from demolishing the burger in under 10 minutes! The fries were very good, thick, crunchy, tasty, and fresh. For the price as well, I'm glad I stopped by to try. I'm a grown hungry man and it satisfied me as well. Will be back. Thank you.
Stopped in for something quick & easy. Another place worth staying for the waitress ALONE. This place was so nice and the food was good! The onions rings and what ever sauce goes with it is our favorite Their homemade ketchup and mustard is my favorite !
The food was amazing! The burgers were super fresh and the taste was just amazing! The nachos were very tasty and they give you a LOT! The fries were okay! I wish they were a bit more crispier but they are on the thicker side. The service was really good! They were super fast and super helpful when we asked questions. The ambiance was super chill. We went and it was kinda busy but it was not overwhelming at all.
The burgers were great (hugh) and cooked to order ( rare, medium, well done). The service was very good. Our watress was VERY polite. It got pretty busy as the afternoon wore on. What is unique are the available wild animal burgers, depending on the day of the week. Wild boar, alligator, venison, and other unique burgers. Yummy!
The prices are fair, the food was well worth every dollar, tea is sweet and the atmosphere is perfect! If you’re in Charleston don’t leave without getting one of Big Billy’s burgers and appetizers!!!
Great food, great staff, and great atmosphere. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken promptly. Prep time was fast and food was prepared correctly. Very laid back atmosphere. And they have adult shakes. . Definitely recommend this place!
Great food and service. Andi took great care of us and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The homemade, in-house brined and lightly battered, fried pickles were amazing!
